SECTION A: SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Membership Validity & Subscription Fee

Plan is valid for 12 months. Fee ₹499 is non-refundable.

Allowed within 3 days, subject to availability.

9. Provider Availability

All services depend on partner availability.

10. Partner Network

Services are delivered via partner hospitals, labs, etc.

11. Non-Transferable

Services are only for registered user.

12. Additional Charges

Extra services will be charged separately.

13. Service Limit

Each service can be used only defined number of times.

14. Platform Role

Hospito is not responsible for medical outcomes.

15. Modification

Terms may change anytime.

16. Acceptance

Using the service means accepting terms.
